Didn’t know you just heard about that video, in that I’ve been enjoying it for about a month now. Folks from Fla. may not take a likin’ much to it, though. I’ve actually plunged in the BBQ (yes, it’s a special meat) myself and smoked my first pork butt last weekend. Mmm, lip-smackin’ good! I used an Eastern NC “mop” sauce, of course.
I’m guessing the BBQ out in Kansas is probably ribs drenched in the red “Open Pit” sauce. That’s what I got when we stopped for lunch in KC a few years ago.

My favorite part was when they used the state of California when were singing about Florida. And when they used Virginia instead of Kentucky.
